Refund policy

At KitsyKraft, we want every order to arrive ready for your next creative session. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets our return conditions.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The painting kit should not have been started or used.
  • The original packaging and included components should be retained.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, product condition, and quality-control reasons, we generally cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or partially used painting kits
  • Canvases that have been painted on
  • Used paints or brushes
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Products without their original components

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

4. Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, KitsyKraft will arrange the appropriate resolution.

For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may apply.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In such cases, the applicable return policy will apply.
